Les Biches is a top class four star family campsite situated on the Vendée coast just outside the small coastal market town of St Hilaire de Riez and close to the very attractive port of St Gilles Croix de Vie .
It is set in a magnificent pine forest which gives the campsite an almost 'Centerparcs' feel.
The on-site facilities are second to none with a very impressive pool complex which includes two separate outdoor pools with water slide plus a childrens pool and, as an added bonus there is also an attractive indoor pool. 

Les Biches offers something for everyone.  If you prefer a quieter holiday you can simply soak up the sun relaxing on the terrace at the poolside bar before taking a refreshing dip in the pool and then perhaps enjoy a quiet family barbeque in the evening. The more energetic can join in with the on-site activities or revel in the evening entertainment.  The choice is yours.

Outside the lively peak weeks in July and August, Les Biches offers a quiet and relaxing environment making it particularly suitable for families with younger children and couples. In the height of the season older children will enjoy the lively social scene.

There is plenty of space for children to let off steam and numerous wooded avenues where they can enjoy playing and making friends.
There is an excellent, well equipped play area, all weather multi-sport pitch, tennis courts, table tennis, crazy golf, boules pitch, cycle hire. 
The on-site restaurant and takeaway serve a variety of tempting dishes whilst the small shop stocks those essential items.

Our mobile homes occupy one of the best positions on the campsite enjoying a quiet location away from the pool and bar area and providing just the right balance between sunshine and shade.  The campsite has a spacious feel which is carried over into our larger than average plots.

We have a choice of 4 different types of mobile home accommodation starting with the 'Classique', a traditional 28' x 10' two bedroom mobile home.  Or our luxurious up to date cottage style 2 bedroomed 'Maison' or 'Cottage' models and the huge 3 bedroom 'Grand Cottage'.  There will be one to suit any family budget.

There is a choice of many superb beaches nearby, the lively resort of St Jean de Monts is only 20 minutes drive to the north and Les Sables d'Olonne about 30 minutes south.  In between there are several smaller ports and resorts including the very picturesque St Gilles Croix de Vie which is about a 10 minute drive and has an array of waterfront restaurants and a pretty marina.

Inland you can explore the quite Vendéen villages, medieval Apremont with its chateau and swimming lake and the picturesque network of waterways and villages of the Marais Poitevan to the south.

For a family day out, the exciting Atlantic Toboggan water park is nearby, the Planete Sauvage safari park is within easy reach and the fantastic Grand Parc Puy du Fou is a must see.
